I am a researcher at NTNU Social Research in Trondheim, Norway. I mainly work on projects related to public economics, with a special focus on municipalities.
My main research interests are in the fields of environmental and resource economics, with a special interest in the policy implications for resource management.
My Ph.d. from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) was on efficiency, equity, and public policy under rights-based fisheries management.
I hold a B.Sc in Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and a M.Sc in Economics with a specialization in Energy, Natural Resources and the Environment (ENE) from NHH. I also spent a year in New Zealand at Victoria University of Wellington where I studied business and management science.
